Products purchased on shop.theheadroom.ca may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund.
We are not able to accept returns on purchases older than 30 days. We also do not accept returns of purchases from any retail channel except shop.theheadroom.ca
We offer free returns for all shipments originating from Canada.
How do I return a shop.theheadroom.ca purchase?

order number (found on the confirmation email)
and details regarding which product(s) you would like to return
Carefully pack the returned items and a copy of your original packing list in a shipping box and seal closed.
Once your return is received, please allow 14 business days for your credit to be applied to the original form of payment
Products purchased from The Headroom salon location may be returned to any The Headroom salon location. For more details, visit shop.theheadroom.ca
If your original purchase was made on shop.theheadroom.ca, your purchase may be returned to a physical location or returned to The Headroom as outlined above.
