Salon Products - We offer a 100% guarantee on any/all of our salon products (shampoo / conditioner / styling products). Try new products risk free, and find your perfect combination!

Bring in your product within 30 days for in salon credit towards your next purchase. We'll find you something that works better for you! Salon credits have no expiration.

Salon Styling Tools - As above, if you're unhappy with your choice you can bring it back for in salon credit within 30 days.

Our styling tools come with a 1 year salon guarantee against defects. Within 1 year of purchase, should your tool stop working or prove faulty, we will warranty it for you (exchange for the same item). 

After 1 year we will provide manufacturer information (we'll google it for you!) to contact them directly.

Hair Colour / Cut Services

The Headroom stands behind our stylists and our services, and will work with you to create long lasting relationships here. We will treat each situation individually (as no two heads are the same), but generally:

If you are unhappy with the outcome of a service here, please advise us within one week so we can help rectify it for you in a timely fashion (and before your roots grow in!).

If we can help with whatever you need, you will be offered a followup appointment with your stylist (if possible) to get you closer to your hair goals, and to improve your future appointments here.

Please know that our team will take responsibility for anything in our control, and that we are all on board to ensure you and your stylist are happy with your results. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity!

If you choose to see another stylist for your fix, the appointment will be complimentary as long as you choose a stylist of the same experience level. If you choose a higher level stylist, you will be responsible for the difference (eg. If you choose to see a brand new stylist for a cut to keep costs down, and then refuse for him/her to fix it for you and ask to see a master stylist, the difference you would pay would be $30, as though you had chosen that level from the start).
